One of our most popular events at Veritas is back!

Attend Rollin' with Bo and learn the basic skills to create three specialized sushi rolls with instruction from sushi chef Bohyeon Keller. No experience necessary, just a can do attitude!

1. Tuna Simple Maki Roll:
- Tuna, cucumber, avocado
- Sesame seeds and spicy mayo 

 2. Pit-a-Pat Lobster Roll:
- Pink soy paper, 2 oz lobster, mango strips, avocado
- Lemon mayo sauce and scallions garnish

3. Crunch California Roll:
- Fried panko, cream cheese, red bell pepper, crab stick
- Eel sauce and scallions garnish

Your ticket includes supplies and instructions for creating each roll, sake pairings, take home containers, your own rolling mat, chopsticks and gratuities.
